Pray with me?

"For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:20)

If two of us being together compels God to be with us? What can 5000 do? Ron is a wonderful man. A man who has taught many ho to be strong, how to be loving, how to beleive in themselves. Ron has a wife, children and grandchildren. Ron has a daughter who wants to have her daddy walk her down the aisle. Ron has cancer.

Ron's faith has led him to trust in God as he and God battle this cancer together. Ron knows that God is the Great Physician and can heal all his sickness or use it to touch other lives.

The greatest thing that we can do for this family is to pray. I am asking you to join with me today. Please, if you will commit to pray for Ron and his family, will you leave a comment here? I am trying to get 5000 comments on this blog to show Ron and his family the love of Christ's people.

Here's a small exerpt from his daughter:
"He's sick, but he is relying on The Healer!! It's hard, and I'm scared..... but if he's fighting, then so am I. And I have to keep my faith, and be stronger than the first time. I'm trying to get as much prayer going out there as possible. More than last time. I told him all I want, the ONLY thing I want him to do.... is be there with me at my wedding. So... I told him he's just not allowed to give up, and after my wedding, I'll give him another reason. lol. But, he agreed....so I have that promise, and God's promise, and that's all I need!!! We can do this!!! Pray it up, so it can come rainin down!!"

Pray with me, please
Father God, we come to you today united in one accord on behalf of Ron and his family. We ask Father, that your will be done. We pray, as Paul taught us, expecting and beleiveing that You want to give us the desires of our hearts. Father, this family desires that this man be made whole. That his cancer will once again be vanquished by Your mighty hand. Father, through this battle, we pray that You give them strength to carry on, faith to keep them going and peace to quiet their worried hearts and minds. Father, we praise you in advance for these things. We thank You for giving us this man who has shown us Your love. We praise you for his life and the way it has toched each of ours. We pray these things in Christ Jesus' Holy and Precious name, Amen

I have been with Serina for almost 3 years now. I know how important you are to her, and I want you to know that you are also important to me. You are now a part of my family, and even though the odds are against you keep in mind that all things are possible with God. I am praying for you and not only that I am believing that He will do another miracle for you. Never lose hope and trust in Him always. I'm looking forward to many more times with you and Serina. Thank you for bringing her up the right way.

I've never even met you... but I met Serina last year and see God's love just pouring out of her. I know this doesn't just happen, that someone influences this strong faith. I can tell by these comments that you are a huge part of your life. I, just like Serina, am so close to my dad. You and your family are in my prayers. :)

  28. Dear Lord, My prayer is that Your loving arms will embrace Ron and Rebecca as well as Serina and family and friends, and show that You are with them constantly. We really can't understand Your master plan for us here on earth..... but placing Ron in the care of one who can love, nurse, and comfort him, must surely be part of it. Dear God, give Rebecca the strength and wisdom to administer, and minister, to Ron through this difficult time. Our prayer is that Ron will have complete healing. We know that you are in control, Dear God, please guild us through this life, until the next life, the next perfect, painless life is ours. In Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen

  30. Hello from Connecticut~~
I pray for this family Dear Lord. Please sustain them with the graces of Faith, Hope and Love to strengthen them through these troubling times.
O most glorious Servant of Mary, St. Peregrine, who suffered from a cancer and was miraculously healed by Jesus, please obtain through Our Blessed Mother's intercession, the same miraculous cure for Ron. We are all praying mightily for this. I offer up my own sufferings as a sacrifice to you this day, dear Father in Heaven, that you may hear all of our prayers for Ron and in your love, relieve this man and his family from this cancerous burden at this time, that they may live long together, praising, glorifying and thanking you in the years to come for this gift we ask of you today. Amen.

  31. Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
    He does not faint or grow weary;
    his understanding is unsearchable.

He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength.

  32. Mr. Ron,
i personally don't know you, but we both love the Lord and that's all i need to know about you. My prayer is that whatever happens let your family and especially your daughter know that it is God's will. If he decides you live that would be great if not then let her have the peace that you will be in heaven with God, where there is no pain or sickness.
I pray that you make it for your daughter. i pray that GOd's will be done..

  43. My dear friends, cousins, and everyone here that I don't know. I started this prayer list last year to show my Uncle the power of prayer. At this moment, I'm sure he knows it more than ever, as he is now in the loving arms of the Father. His pain is gone and he is free from cancer. If I know him, he's out riding a wild stallion right now, wishing all of our pain away. He was a hero, a superman, a source of strength for many of us and he will be greatly missed. God bless you all and thank you for your prayers.
